- 8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Sprinkle flour over meat mixture, stir well.
- Add beef broth, bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sour cream, mix until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
