Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Decorate with Halloween sprinkles while chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
