Description

Ham and cheese sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make sandwich that is perfect for parties or game days.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 1 pound sliced cheese (Swiss or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, and garlic powder.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham and cheese on top of the buns.
  5. Replace the top halves of the buns.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
