Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add sliced onions. Cook until softened.
  5. Sprinkle flour over the onions and stir to combine.
  6. Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring to create a smooth gravy.
  7. Return the patties to the skillet and simmer in the gravy for 5 minutes.
