- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cooked sausage, cooked bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
