  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cooked sausage, cooked bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
