Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread the hashbrowns evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrowns.
- Sprinkle diced ham and cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set and golden brown.
