Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sausage, and half of the cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until eggs are set and top is golden.
