  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, half of the cheddar cheese, diced ham or sausage, and chopped green onions.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil. Transfer the hashbrown mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the cheese is golden brown.
  8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
