- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, half of the cheddar cheese, diced ham or sausage, and chopped green onions.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir until combined.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil. Transfer the hashbrown mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the cheese is golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
