Description
A hearty hashbrown casserole made in a crockpot for an easy dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot and spread it evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
- This dish can be prepared ahead and stored in the fridge before cooking.
