Description
A simple and delicious hashbrown casserole made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well blended.
- Transfer mixture to a greased crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a crispier top, uncover the crockpot for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
