Description
A hearty hashbrown casserole with ground beef made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 30 ounces frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and onion.
- Add the browned beef and half of the cheese to the mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.

- Use fresh ingredients for better taste.
- Adjust cooking time based on your crockpot model.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before cooking.
