Description
A simple and delicious hashbrown casserole made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, melted butter, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir halfway through cooking time for even heating.
- Once cooked, serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- For a crunchy top, you can add crushed cornflakes on top before serving.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
