Description

A hearty hashbrown casserole made in a crockpot with sausage.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
  2. In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked sausage to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
