Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken and stir to combine with the sauce before serving.
