Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into 4 patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- If using cheese, add a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble burgers with lettuce and tomato.
Notes
- Serve with your choice of condiments.
- Can be grilled or pan-fried.
- Make patties ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to cook.
