Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. If using cheese, add a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet.
  7. Assemble burgers with lettuce and tomato.
