Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 200g lean beef, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with black pepper.
Notes
- Use any color bell peppers you prefer.
- Substitute beef with chicken or tofu if desired.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
