Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 200g lean beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with black pepper.
