Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk honey, applesauce, coconut oil, vanilla, and eggs.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the mixed berries gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
