Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Add carrots, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Divide the mixture evenly among lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately.
