Ingredients

  • 150g cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber on one side of the tortilla.
  4. Drizzle Greek yogurt on top of the vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the filled side.
  7. Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
