Ingredients

- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 150g cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber on one side of the tortilla.
- Drizzle Greek yogurt on top of the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the filled side.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
