- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chipotle powder, lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Assemble salad greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Top with sliced chipotle lime chicken.
- Drizzle with extra lime juice if desired.
