Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
