  • 1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the top.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving.
