Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Chop the chicken breast into cubes.
- Season chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on a baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Steam broccoli and carrots until tender.
- Divide quinoa, chicken, and vegetables into meal prep containers.
- Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
