Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Roll into small balls.
  3. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Optional: Roll in shredded coconut before serving.
