Description

Delicious stuffed chicken breasts filled with spinach and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, feta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff the chicken breasts with the spinach mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Brown the stuffed chicken on both sides for about 3 minutes each.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • Serve with a side of vegetables.
  • You can substitute the spinach with kale.
