Delicious stuffed chicken breasts filled with spinach and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, feta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff the chicken breasts with the spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the stuffed chicken on both sides for about 3 minutes each.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Serve with a side of vegetables.
- You can substitute the spinach with kale.
- Try adding herbs for extra flavor.
