Ingredients

- 3 cups brown rice cereal
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt almond butter and honey over low heat.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add brown rice cereal and mix until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Let it cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
