Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and berries thoroughly.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  3. Add spinach, berries, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds to a blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  5. Add honey if desired and blend again briefly.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
