- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or vegetables.

- You can use frozen spinach, just make sure to thaw and drain it well.
