Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, oats, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add honey and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Feel free to substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
- Add green food coloring for a festive touch.
