Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Add green food coloring until desired shade.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Decorate with frosting and sprinkles.
