Ingredients

- 8 oz sirloin steak
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the sirloin steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- Remove steak from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Drizzle lemon juice over shrimp and stir.
- Slice the steak and serve it with the shrimp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
