Ingredients

- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Fold in sour cream and melted chocolate.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50–55 minutes.
- Cool completely, then top with cherry pie filling and whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
