Ingredients

- 2 whole trout, cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the trout and season with salt and pepper both inside and outside.
- Stuff the cavity of each trout with lemon slices, dill, and parsley.
- Fold the edges of the parchment paper to create a packet around the trout.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
