Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Greek yogurt and honey, mix until combined.
- Add water gradually until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Divide into equal portions and shape into bagels.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
