- 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the beef, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and sliced potatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
