Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by cutting it into small pieces.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  8. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
