Ingredients

  • 1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken, drained and shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and shredded canned chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small nugget shapes, about 1-2 inches in size.
  3. Dip each nugget into the beaten egg, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the nuggets to the pan, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. Fry the nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
