- 1 can (12.5 oz) canned chicken, drained and shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and shredded canned chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small nugget shapes, about 1-2 inches in size.
- Dip each nugget into the beaten egg, making sure to coat it evenly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the nuggets to the pan, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Fry the nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
