Description
Homemade jalapeno poppers are stuffed spicy peppers that are crispy and cheesy.
Ingredients

- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil.
- Top each stuffed jalapeno with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapenos.
- Adjust spice level by leaving some seeds.
