This is a simple recipe for homemade mayonnaise.

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the egg, mustard, and vinegar in a blender.
- Blend on medium speed for 20 seconds.
- Slowly add the oil while blending until emulsified.
- Add salt to taste and blend for another 10 seconds.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate.
Notes
- Use fresh eggs for best results.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
