- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 12 slider buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare au jus by mixing gravy packet with water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the buns.
- Cover with top halves of the buns.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Brush over the tops of the buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

- Use freshly baked slider buns for best texture.
- Add caramelized onions for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
