Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare au jus by mixing gravy packet with water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Place bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish.
  4. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on the buns.
  5. Cover with top halves of the buns.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
