- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice in water until tender, then set aside.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully done.
- Mix honey and BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Brush the honey BBQ glaze over the cooked chicken.
- Serve chicken over rice with extra glaze if desired.
