- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces and coat well. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Drain excess marinade and toss chicken in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve hot.
