- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 2 minutes after cooking.
- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Double the sauce ingredients if you prefer more glaze.
