- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and apple cider vinegar.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- Use bone-in thighs for extra flavor but adjust cooking time.
- For spicier flavor, add red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
