  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
