- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat remaining oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour honey garlic sauce over shrimp and simmer for 2 minutes until glazed.
- Serve shrimp over roasted asparagus.
