  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken thighs with black pepper and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Pour the glaze over the chicken and coat evenly.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra caramelization if desired.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
