- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken thighs with black pepper and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and coat evenly.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes for extra caramelization if desired.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Check the internal temperature of chicken with a meat thermometer (165°F).
- For a thicker glaze, simmer it separately before applying.
