Ingredients

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Mix honey and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the honey-soy glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sear salmon for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer salmon to a baking tray and bake for 8 minutes.
- Combine mango, avocado, red onion, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Season salsa with salt and pepper.
- Serve salmon with mango-avocado salsa.
