- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
- Substitute Dijon mustard with yellow mustard if preferred.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
