Description

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Add chicken and prawns to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Thread chicken and prawns onto skewers or place on a baking tray.
  5. Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with a side of vegetables or rice.

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
