Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken and prawns to the marinade. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Thread chicken and prawns onto skewers or place on a baking tray.
- Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with a side of vegetables or rice.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust honey and mustard quantities to taste.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
