- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast potatoes for 25 minutes until golden.
- Mix honey, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat potatoes with honey mustard mixture.
- Return to oven for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
